1981 Honda Express II aftermarket carb advice

Main Post:

Yesterday I picked up a Honda Express II that isn't running for $200. The kid I bought it from said it was running 2 months ago, but his friend who usually fixes it for him moved and he doesn't know how to get it to run. No big deal, I figured there was probably a rust flake in the carb, and that would be it. Well, I should have taken a close look at it before I bought it, because when I took the carb off, I realized it doesn't even fit the intake, and it looks like these kids had sealed it with gasket sealer, and it was held on by one bolt, and another bolt that hangs off the edge with a washer.

Has anyone heard of people using a Keihin PB carb with the express 2? (the oil pump doesn't work like a lot of these) I am hoping I can just buy a cheap intake that will fit, but I'm not finding too much for this specific model. Are there any other cheap carbs that I can slap on there, or adapters or something?

This thing also looks like it has some wiring issues (the brake light and turn signals are missing, and that part of the harness is just wrapped around the frame, also the key switch is missing...) but it is getting a spark so I am hoping to get it to start if I can get the carb to fit on right.

TL;DR: What is a good cheap carb that will fit my 81 express 2, or an intake/adapter that will fit this random carb that got slapped on it? Or should I just relist it on craigslist and find another project?

I just fixed up an '82 NC50 and wanted to ditch the stock 12mm Keihin for a 15mm Dellorto SHA, so I bought one of these Motobecane intakes from Treats for $15; it bolts right on the existing NC50 intake and then a SHA clamps on nice and easy.

Dell R210 II iDRAC Express card part number?

Main Post:

I recently received my R210 II and it came without iDRAC modules so I bought a kit (part number K869T) off eBay. When I tried to boot the server after installing both cards it would hang during post when it would normally try to initialize the BMC/iDRAC. It seems to be an issue with the Express card and not the Enterprise module. The seller suggested updates but the only thing that the Server Update Utility found that could be updated was the BIOS which was already at the latest. I found a thread saying that the Express card with part number 0PPH2J worked to solve that issue.

My question is, with how common the R210 II is does everyone have an 0PPH2J card or is there something I'm missing to get other Express cards working? There are fewer listings for the 0PPH2J so it's a good deal more expensive when shipped to Canada, so I'd prefer to get the other one working if possible.

Edit: Went ahead and ordered an 0PPH2J card that should arrive sometime before November 7. Will update when it arrives as to whether it solves the problem. Multiple passes of the bootable DTK did not allow the Y383M card to work as the system still would not POST.

Edit 2: 0PPH2J card arrived. I installed it and like magic it works! Ran the DTK a couple more times in case it needed any updates but I can confirm it solved my problem.

Run the upgrade again.

Asus X99-Deluxe II SATA Express Question

Main Post:

So looking at X99 motherboards I have a question about the SATA Express ports on the Deluxe II for ASUS. This image shows it having 2, but the specs list it only having 1. What is it? Does only 1 work or something?

Top Comment: http://techreport.com/review/30456/asus-x99-a-ii-motherboard-reviewed/3 There is no second SATA Express port, the plastic is blanked out.
